Shipping & Returns

Whilst we hope you will be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you change your mind, you may send the item/s back to us, in original condition, please note, customer pays for return postage, unless the item/s is/are faulty. We are happy to refund the cost of the item/s plus original postage, back to the account with which you paid. If the item/s is/are faulty, please return and we shall of course offer you the choice of a full refund or replacement. In this instance I pay for the return postage as well as original postage. We would be most grateful if you could alert me to any issues asap and the return period runs for 14 days from delivery of item/s.
